Jon Jones gets his own half-hour on Spike

The Jon Jones hype train just added another car to its growing express that will pull into Newark this week for UFC 128.
On Thursday at 11 p.m., Spike will premiere "Jon Jones: In the Moment," a 30-minute documentary-type show that chronicles his rise toward the top of the UFC heap with a light heavyweight title shot against Mauricio "Shogun" Rua.
Should be interesting to get an up-close look at the upstate New York native and how he's dealt with life over the past few weeks since UFC 126. The most interesting thing about the show is this: "with no narration." That will make for a unique viewing experience (and a tougher edit).
