Pat Barry doesn't hit hard. He hits "scary." Or so he says in the video below.
We'll find out this Saturday at UFC 115 when Pat "HD" Barry fights veteran Mirko Cro Cop in a matchup between heavyweights with careers going in opposite directions.
Barry is on the upswing, and we're all still trying to figure out if Cro Cop's return to the UFC is worth our time. He beat Mostapha Al-Turk last June, then lost to Junior Dos Santos in September. In February 2010, he beat Anthony Perosh, an Australian who got the fight about 20 minutes beforehand.
