Here's a sneak peek at a new Frank Shamrock documentary airing Thursday at 11 p.m. on Spike TV.
"Shamrock: Bound by Blood" includes a look at his MMA career, his backstory as an imprisoned teen and an on-camera meeting with his estranged adoptive brother Ken Shamrock.
If you've read Shamrock's autobiography (pretty good read, by the way), this is the movie version. Sort of.
