Tim Sylvia knocked out in 32 seconds
On Thursday afternoon, we wondered if Tim Sylvia, a former UFC heavyweight champion, could actually make a real comeback.
Here's the answer to that question: No!
Sylvia was knocked out in 32 seconds by Abe Wagner, a former loser on Season 10 of "The Ultimate Fighter," at TItan FC 16 in Kansas City on Friday night.
To Sylvia's credit, at least it wasn't as bad as that 9-second KO to Ray Mercer several years ago. But this pretty much ends any chance Sylvia could ever have of making a real comeback beyond the regional promotion level. Surely, it doesn't help that he weighed in at 311 pounds.
Here's the fight, if you can call it that.
