Tito Ortiz out of UFC Fight Night
A look at the top of Tito Ortiz's Twitter page for the past hour or so: "22 stitches and a bad concussion sucks but I will heal and be better soon."
That means Ortiz, the only UFC light heavyweight champion to successfully defend that title five straight times, will not be fighting Antonio Rogerio Nogueria at UFC Fight Night in Seattle next month. Phil Davis will replace Ortiz, which is big step up for "Mr. Wonderful" and another step back for "The Huntington Beach Bad Boy."
Since returning to the UFC after a long and loud spat with UFC president Dana White, Ortiz has two fights, pulled out of another fight with Chuck Liddell because of an injury and been removed in the final week of his coaching stint on "The Ultimate Fighter."
