One hit is OK for Gian Villante

Some fighters want to avoid getting hit as much as possible.
For Levittown's Gian Villante, the No. 15 ranked light heavyweight in the UFC, he doesn't mind it. In fact, he prefers to get hit at least once.
"I need to get hit once just to really feel that I'm gonna be OK," Villante said.
Villante (13-5), winner of two straight, will fight Tom Lawlor at UFC on Fox 16 in Chicago on Saturday night. His fight headlines to prelim portion of the card on Fox, which begins at 6 p.m. ET.
