This figures to be the biggest week in UFC history. The biggest in mixed martial arts, too. (And yes, newbies, there IS a difference between UFC and MMA.)

UFC makes its network debut on Fox this Saturday with a heavyweight title fight between champion Cain Velasquez and challenger Junior Dos Santos at the Honda Center in Anaheim, Calif.

To get things started, here's a look at the broadcast schedule across the Fox family of networks. All times listed are EDT.

Friday

7 p.m. -- UFC on Fox weigh-ins air live on Fuel TV.

Saturday

3 p.m. -- Cain Velasquez: Brown Pride, part 1 on Fox Deportes

4 p.m. -- Cain Velasquez: Brown Pride, part 2 on Fox Deportes

5 p.m. -- Cain Velasquez: Brown Pride, part 3 on Fox Deportes

5:30 p.m. -- Weigh-ins re-air on Fuel TV.

6 p.m. -- UFC Primetime re-airs on Fuel TV.

7 p.m. -- UFC on Fox prelims begin on Foxsports.com, Facebook.com/UFC and Fox Deportes.

7 p.m. -- The Velasquez-Dos Santos pre-fight special airs live on Fuel TV. Jay Glazer hosts, Kenny Florian analyzes and Stephan Bonnar reports from backstage with fighter interviews. There is also a champions roundtable discussion featuring Jon Jones, Chuck Liddell, Forrest Griffin and Frank Mir.

9 p.m. -- Cain Velasquez vs. Junior Dos Santos live on Fox. Curt Menafee hosts the fight, Joe Rogan and Mike Goldberg handle the play-by-play.

10 p.m. -- Post-fight show on Fuel TV.
