Kevin Harvick to throw out pitch at Yankees game
According to the folks at NASCAR, Kevin Harvick will be throwing out the first pitch at Yankee Stadium on Wednesday night when the Bronx Bombers take on the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim.
Harvick, a self-proclaimed Yankees fan, is the 2007 Daytona 500 winner. He is currently fifth in NASCAR's Spring Cup standings and he finished third in the chase last year.
Yankees manager Joe Girardi sent Harvick a text message last year, congratulating him on a good season after the NASCAR finale at Homestead.
