TODAY: DAY 4
1 p.m.-5 p.m., Ch. 4: Women’s cross country starts the day with the 10-kilometer medal event. Men’s snowboarding follows, as Maine’s Seth Wescott begins the defense of his 2006 gold medal. Then it’s back to the hills of Whistler for the men’s 15-kilometer cross country event.
5:30 p.m., MSNBC: After a controversial 18-0 thrashing of Slovakia, the Canadian women’s ice hockey team returns to the ice to face Switzerland.
8 p.m.-midnight, Ch. 4: Pairs figure skating concludes with the free skate. Also, snowboarding (men’s SBX), speedskating (men’s 500 meters) and men’s downhill. 12:30 a.m.-2 a.m., Ch. 4: Women’s luge begins as 2009 world champion Erin Hamlin of the United States pursues gold. Also, medal ceremonies.
2 a.m., Ch. 4: Prime-time coverage replay.
3-5:30 a.m., MSNBC: Replay of women’s hockey: Canada-Switzerland.
