It looks like Octopus Paul is thinking outside the box.

For the first time, the eight-armed sea creature is predicting the winner of a World Cup match that doesn't feature Germany. And for the second time in a week, he's going with Spain.

Fans waited anxiously as Paul chose between two boxes containing a delicious mussel. He brushed aside the Netherlands' box and went with the tournament favorites, instead. Both countries are going for their first World Cup title on Sunday. (ABC, 2:30 p.m.)

So far, Paul has correctly picked the outcomes of all six of Germany's matches, including Wednesday's loss to the Spaniards. After picking Spain to go all the way, he went back to his roots. He has Germany defeating Uruguay in the third-place match Saturday.
