Paul the Octopus, who lives in an aquarium in Oberhausen, Germany, is picking the Three Lions to fail. The eight-armed beast correctly picked the result of Germany's three group stage games and, when put to the test again, selected ze Germans to beat the Three Lions in the Round of 16.
