Nadal wins 6-2 in fourth set
Novak Djokovic, fighting for his U.S. Open life, did what he needed to do and won the first game of the fourth set.
He needed a strong start and got it.
He still trails Nadal, but has battled the whole match.
UPDATE (9:30): Nadal, serving, evens the fourth set at 1-1.
UPDATE (9:33): Nadal takes a 2-1 lead in the fourth set. Nadal has converted just 5 of 24 break points,
UPDATE (9:38): Nadal is now up 3-1 and closing in on his first U.S. Open title and career Grand Slam. Djokovic has battled the entire match, but he may not have much more left.
UPDATE (9:40): Djokovic double faulted to give Nadal a 40-love advantage in the fifth game. Djokovic got it to 15-40 before Nadal finished the game off. It appears Djokovic is out of gas. He's down 4-1 with Nadal serving.
UPDATE (9:52): Nadal has a commanding 5-1 lead in the third set. Djokovic battled in that game, which went to deuce, but Nadal hit some amazing shots.
UPDATE (9:55): Djokovic battled back to 5-2. Nadal will be serving for the title.
UPDATE (10:04): Rafael Nadal won the fourth set 6-2. He is the 2010 U.S. Open champion.
