Can I still buy a ticket?

Tickets are still available for Arthur Ashe Stadium, Louis Armstrong Stadium, the Grandstand and Outer Courts, but some sessions are sold out. Tickets may be purchased online at usopen.org or ticketmaster.com, at the box office at the Billie Jean King National Tennis Center and at Ticketmaster outlets.

When can I enter the venue?

The grounds for the day sessions open at 10 a.m. and the evening session opens at 6 p.m. On the final Sunday, the grounds open at 11 a.m.

Can I bring a camera?

Yes, if they meet the 12-inches-by-12-inches-by-16-inches bag requirements. No flash or video.

Where is the best place to see players?

Prime spots are at the practice courts 1 through 5, near the President’s (West) Gate. Top players like to practice on Court 5.

Can I get an autograph?

Outer courts, particularly around practice courts, are the best places to try for autographs.

What about disabled spectators?

There is reserved wheelchair-accessible seating in Arthur Ashe Stadium and some seating in Louis Armstrong Stadium and the Grandstand.

If there is a medical  emergency?

There are five First Aid Stations throughout the grounds.

Are there ATMs?

There are several located throughout the grounds.

What about missing persons?

You should alert an usher wearing a yellow or a red shirt.

Is there a lost-and-found service?

Lost-and-found is located in the Guest Services Office in Louis Armstrong Stadium's Great Hall.
