Main Will Call window located at East Gate. It does not accommodate requests to leave tickets by subscribers (including box holders, series and all ticket plan holders) or individual ticket purchasers.
HOW TO GET THERE
The Billie Jean King National Tennis Center is located in Flushing Meadow-Corona Park.
--By subway: Take the 7 train from Grand Central Terminal to Mets-Willets Point Station.
--By bus: Service available from the Port Authority bus terminal.
--By train: LIRR service to Mets-Willets Point Station.
--By car/parking: It is recommended that you use either the Grand Central Parkway exit 9E or Whitestone Expressway Exit 13D. From there you will directed by NYPD to the parking areas. The primary parking area for all patrons is at Citi Field (entrance to parking at 126th Street and Shea Road, Corona). PARKING FOR DISABLED
It’s available (first come-first serve) at Citi Field, with shuttles to South Gate.
ENTERING THE VENUE
All fans go through a screening process before entry. You are limited to one bag not larger than 12”x12”x16”. A storage facility is located outside East Gate and South Gate entrances.
ITEMS I CAN’T BRING
Among items not allowed: backpacks, hard coolers or containers, sealed packages, bottles or cans, aerosol cans or noisemaking devices, alcohol, video cameras or recording devices (except for cell phones and SLR cameras with video or recording capabilities), computers, laptops, food (except for medical, dietary or infants), weapons, animals (unless service animal), flags or signage, laser pointing devices, tennis racquets, drones, selfie sticks, telescopic devices.
SEATING FOR DISABLED
Available throughout the grounds. All seating in Arthur Ashe Stadium is reserved. Seating in all other venues is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Disabled guests and up to three companions accommodated in designated areas.
MOBILITY DEVICES
Guests with mobility-limiting disabilities may bring powered non-wheelchair mobility devices.
WIFI
Available throughout the grounds.
LOST & FOUND
Located on the ground floor of Louis Armstrong Stadium.
CAR SERVICE
For Yellow & Green Cab Service, exit East Gate and go to the North side of the East Gate Boardwalk down on the Roosevelt street level. Black cars and ride share services such as Lyft and Uber located outside the South Gate past the Unisphere at the N.Y. State Pavilion.
WHAT ELSE?
First aid stations, restrooms and ATMs located throughout the site. Shirts, footware and appropriate dress required at all times. Smoking prohibited.
