"CHRIS BURDEN, EXTREME MEASURES" Chris Burden once had himself shot with a gun in the name of art -- he's not kidding around. And now the conceptual artist's work has taken over all five floors of the New Museum. Check out the video "Beam Drop," which shows enormous steel girders being dropped by a crane into random but satisfying sculptural patterns.
