Land a job in tech or health care to start off 2016? Odds are you’re one of the highest-paid people in the country.

Glassdoor recently released its list of the 25 highest-paying jobs in the United States in 2016. The majority of jobs relate to the tech field, with positions like software development manager and software architect ranking highly, as well as positions in health care industries, such as pharmacy manager.

The list leads with physician as the highest-paid career, with a median base salary of $180,000 and more than 2,000 current job openings on Glassdoor’s website.

“This report reinforces that high pay continues to be tied to in-demand skills, higher education and working in jobs that are protected from competition or automation,” Glassdoor chief economist Andrew Chamberlain said in a news release. “There’s no doubt that pay is among the leading factors most job seekers weigh when determining where to work.”

Although pay is a top priority for 7 in 10 job-hunters, according to Glassdoor, the company added that it isn’t necessarily everything when it comes to job satisfaction in the long term.

Chamberlain said “our research shows that a big paycheck isn’t necessarily tied to long-term satisfaction in your job. Instead, when we dig deeper into what keeps employees satisfied once they’re in a job and with a company, we find that culture and values, career opportunities, and trust in senior leadership are the biggest drivers of employee satisfaction."
