Ellevate Network will be honoring Debra Messing for her outstanding activist work at the Summit in NYC in June, also streamed online globally.

NEW YORK (PRWEB) April 24, 2018

Ellevate Network, the leading network for professional women, is holding its second annual Mobilizing the Power of Women Summit on June 21st in New York City. The event will convene the most powerful and courageous voices for gender equality, with special attention to bringing diverse voices to the table, having open and honest dialogue, and leaving the event with actionable takeaways.

The Mobilizing the Power of Women Summit brings together thousands of people across a variety of professions, backgrounds, experiences, expertise, and opinions -- to bring to light the state of gender inequity in the world and come up with actionable solutions to the issue. The program is designed to engage people from a variety of backgrounds to take action: business leaders, activists, parents, those working in government, corporate, and non-profit jobs, educators, scientists, media, people interested in politics, finance, gender dynamics, and more.

“Ellevate Network works to make the world a better place by using the power of community,” said Ellevate Network CEO Kristy Wallace, “This Summit has shown to be a catalyst for change on the individual and collective level, and we’re extremely honored to be continuing its legacy in 2018. We look forward to the day of the Summit, as well as the influence the Summit brings following the event itself.”
