Lindsay Lohan was released from jail after serving 14 days and will be heading to her court-ordered 90-day inpatient treatment.

The Merrick native was released at 1:35 a.m. PST, according to Los Angeles sheriff’s spokesman Steve Whitmore.

Judge Marsha Revel originally chose Morningside Recovery in Newport Beach, Calif., disregarding the advice of the two psychiatrists she appointed in the case. However, TMZ.com reported Revel changed her mind and followed the recommendation of her doctors to send her to the UCLA Medical Center.

Conflicting reports at RadarOnline.com initially said Lohan will have 24 hours after release from jail before having to check in, and later said she might instead be required to check in directly. After TMZ cited a source familiar with Lohan's case to report that she would be treated for methamphetamine addiction and bipolar disorder, her attorney, Shawn Chapman Holley, told RadarOnline this was "categorically false. It's a fabrication, 100 percent. I have never seen anything that implies that my client has an issue with methamphetamine abuse."

TMZ.com reports Lohan will not be in the psychiatric ward.

Lohan was sentenced to 90 days in jail, but served 14. Non violent offenders, like Lohan, are typically released early due to overcrowding and credits for good behaivor.
