If you are a kid like me, you probably spend a lot of time on your electronic devices. For example, many of us enjoy using our iPhones and iPads for watching videos, playing games and using FaceTime to chat with our friends. I am always using my iPhone and sometimes wonder how difficult it would be to survive a week without it.

I thought I would try not to use my iPhone for at least one week. I tried to find other things to do, but no matter how hard I tried, I would always find myself using it again. And I tried everything. I played more with my sister, I spent more time making slime and I even spent time trying to clean my room. But no matter what I tried, I always found myself using my iPhone.

After one week, I came to a conclusion. Everything I enjoy doing is somehow related to my iPhone. I play games with my sister on it, I watch slime-making videos and I like watching videos of other people cleaning their room instead of cleaning my own. I was not able to survive a week without my iPhone. In fact, I was not able to survive one day without it.

There are many people, including my parents, that say using my iPhone all the time is bad. They are probably right, but I think not using electronic devices in our generation is hard. A lot of what everyone does today has to do with the use of electronic devices, so it is hard for our generation to stop using them. I don’t think that is a bad thing, but everyone should also try to spend time doing other things.
