"Congratulations, you've made MVP." "Congratulations, you're valedictorian." If you could have only one of these said to you, which would you choose? Would you rather be good at sports or good in school?

Most kids think that if they were athletic and smart, it would be amazing. If you could only have one, though, what would you pick? If you were smart, you could get a scholarship.

Two seventh-grade girls would rather be smart because they think that a good education is more important. Three seventh-grade girls would rather be good in sports for three reasons. One, is that you have common sense and books, so you don't need smarts. The second is because you can make a really good living out of it. And third, sports are good because you can stay active.

Now that you have seen both sides, if someone asks you sports or smarts, what will you say?
