Easter dinner specials will be offered throughout Nassau and Suffolk. Here are some of the restaurants readying the celebratory meals. Prices do not include tax and tip. It’s a very popular holiday for dining out, so reserve tables as soon as possible.

 

Ruvo East in Port Jefferson and Ruvo West in Greenlawn plan a brunch buffet on Easter Sunday, 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Expect omelet and carving stations and either a complimentary Bloody Mary or Mimosa with each meal. Cost: $25 per person. The two restaurants also will have a $50 to $60 fixed-price dinner. Typical courses include fried calamari, fresh mozzarella and peppers, spring pea-and-asparagus risotto, rack of lamb, shrimp-and-scallops fra diavolo, and peppercorn-crusted pan-seared swordfish.

George Martin The Original in Rockville Centre will offer a la carte dinner starting at 2 p.m., with last order in at 7:30 p.m. Holiday specials include spring pea soup, deviled eggs, sesame tuna, shrimp cocktail, lobster roll “sliders,” cobb salad, rigatoni alla vodka, chicken Parmigiana, pork jaegerschnitzel, baby back ribs, mustard-and-pretzel crusted organic Irish salmon, linguine with lobster and shrimp, mustard-crusted lamb chops, steaks, and chimichurri-grilled skirt steak with chile-popcorn shrimp. Appetizers, $8 to $17; main courses, $20 to $39.

Mirabelle Restaurant and Mirabelle Tavern in Stony Brook are set for a buffet from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., with a guest appearance by the Easter Bunny at 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. Cost: $49, adults; half-price, children 10 and younger. The buffet will include a raw bar, soups and salads, a carving station with beef Wellington and mint risotto-stuffed leg of lamb and rack of pork; duck confit, shrimp-and-lobster vol au vent, seafood-stuffed sole, and eggplant rollatine chafing dishes; and a chocolate fountain.

These dining rooms at the Three Village Inn also will serve a $68 three-course fixed-price dinner. Specialties include scallop-and-crayfish pate en croute, asparagus salad, Caesar salad, seared foie gras ($12 supplement), tuna-and-avocado tartare, roasted leg of lamb, pan-roasted Arctic char, poached halibut, a cheese board, ginger-almond tart, dark chocolate tart and lemon-pistachio cake.

Library Café in Farmingdale has slated a buffet brunch from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Easter Sunday. Cost: $23.95 for adults; $10.95 for children. Dishes include eggs Benedict, buttermilk pancakes, scrambled eggs, Texas-style French toast, bacon, sausage, home fries, fresh fruit, mini-bagels, mini-pastries and unlimited sparkling wine, Mimosas, soda, juice and coffee. The a la carte menu also will be available.

La Tavola Trattoria in Sayville has scheduled a four-course, a la carte Easter brunch, with breakfast and lunch items. Appetizers are $8 to $15; main courses, $15 to $17. The selections include house-made crab “Tots,” rice balls with fennel sausage and provolone, French toast, pancakes, Mornay-sauced eggs Florentine with spinach and prosciutto, gnocchi Bolognese, a crab-cake sandwich, truffled cauliflower soup, rigatoni with veal meatballs, buttermilk panna cotta, New York-style cheesecake, and, of course, an Easter sundae, with three scoops and roasted banana.

Eric’s Italian Bistro in Mineola will present a shorter version of its regular a la carte menu as holiday specials based on the market. From noon to 2 p.m., for an additional $16.95, there will be “bottomless” wine, cocktails such as Bloody Mary, Mimosas, and screwdrivers; and craft beers. From 5:30 p.m. to closing, the optional addition is $12.95 for wine, sangria and draft beers. Menu favorites include chicken scarpariello, filet of sole, lasagna, gnocchi Bolognese, and Parmigiana dishes.

Montauk Yacht Club Resort & Marina will serve brunch from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Cost: $74.95, adults; $29.95, children 6 to 12; free for children less than 6 years old. The brunch fare takes in omelets, coconut French toast, Caesar salad, lobster bisque, oysters Rockefeller, leg of lamb, roasted tilefish with papaya salsa, apple-and-Brie stuffed chicken, a pasta station, and assorted desserts, including a dark-chocolate fountain.
