Long Island java giant Hampton Coffee has teamed up with the Center Moriches Free Public Library to open its sixth (and most western) location, adjacent to the building.

Things look a bit different at Jason and Theresa Belkin’s latest coffeehouse, which opened in Feb. Double glass doors lead the way to and from the library, where there’s a lounge set up with couches and a fire place, work centers equipped with computers, plus a game area. Customers can also enter and exit Hampton Coffee without walking through the library.

The husband-and-wife duo travel the world for their beans, working with farmers from several continents. When the beans, sourced from Peru, Colombia, Brazil, Ethiopia and Indonesia, arrive to the roastery in Southampton, they’re handed over to roastmasters Oscar Amada and Andres Vallejo, who begin the roasting process.

All of Hampton’s coffee has a medium roast Jason describes as “a little kick of French roast in it, but it’s not too strong to turn anyone off.” The top-selling Hampton classic blend has coffee from three regions in it.  “We roast each separately and combine them afterward. It’s more time consuming, but that makes It really special," he said. "You actually see three different beans in there. Three different colors."

Aside from Americano and espresso-based coffees, the cafe also serves hot chocolate, teas, fruit smoothies and traditional bakery-cafe eats such as muffins, cinnamon rolls, bagels, cookies, wraps, panini and salads. Hampton Coffee gets a helping hand from nonprofit South Fork Bakery, which produces the dough for their signature scones. The menu taps out at $9.50.

Hampton Coffee has other locations in Water Mill (the flagship store with a full-service restaurant attached), Westhampton Beach , Southampton, ( the “experience store” featuring the coffee factory) ), Aquebogue and Montauk. There's also a mobile espresso truck available for hire in Suffolk County.

All locations have outdoor seating.

While the Belkins went westbound with their latest opening, Jason said there's no “immediate plans” to open in Nassau.

More than 100 stores and restaurants on the Island also stock the couple's coffee, including IGA supermarkets and King Kullen on the East End, Stop & Shop in both counties, 1770 House Restaurant & Inn in East Hampton, Lombardi's Love Lane Market in Mattituck and Ditch Witch food truck in Montauk.

Hampton Coffee is open daily, 6 a.m. to 5 p.m. at 235 Montauk Highway (with the Center Moriches Library) in Center Moriches. More info: 631-909-8570; hamptoncoffeecompany.com
