Here are events scheduled to assist Dowling College students displaced by their school’s announced closing, as well as a hotline number for Dowling employees:

Adelphi University

Thursday, June 9: Walk-in admission counseling, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the university’s Hauppauge Center, 55 Kennedy Dr., Hauppauge.

Farmingdale State College

Thursday, June 9: Transfer information session, 2 p.m. in the Roosevelt Hall Tour Room on the Farmingdale campus.

Transfer Fair

Thursday, June 9: Representatives of at least three dozen colleges from throughout the region will be available to speak with Dowling students from 3 to 7 p.m. at Suffolk County Community College’s Ammerman campus, 533 College Rd., Selden.

New York Institute of Technology

Monday, June 13: Transfer information session, 10 a.m. in Harry Schure Hall on the Old Westbury campus. Register in advance by email at transfer@nyit.edu.
