A Queens woman employed as a home health aide in Lido Beach was arrested after she stole the patient's identity and used his information to pay her personal bills - including a parking ticket, police said.

Nassau County police said Cheryl Plummer, 26, of 144th Avenue, Jamaica, surrendered to police at the Fourth Precinct at Wednesday at 5:20 p.m.

She was charged with first-and third-degree identity theft, second-degree possession of a forged instrument and third-degree grand larceny.

She is scheduled for arraignment Thursday in First District Court in Hempstead.

Plummer was employed as a home health aide for a 94-year-old Lido Beach man when she stole his identity and debit card information and used it to pay bills, including a parking ticket she had been issued in New York City, police said.

The theft was discovered by the primary home care attendant, who notified the victim's family, police said. Family members, police said, then noted discrepancies in a checking account and called police.
