Frances McQuaige of Medford found dead in car in NJ after storm

The woman found dead in her car in New Jersey after the weekend storm has been identified as a 78-year-old from Medford, authorities said.
Frances McQuaige reportedly told workers at a Hackensack Burger King Friday night that she was afraid to drive home in the storm.
Then about 8:30 a.m. Monday, her body was found in her gold Cadillac in the restaurant’s parking lot, police said.
Autopsy results show she died of coronary artery disease, with the cold a contributing factor, said Bergen County spokesman Michael Pagan. The medical examiner’s office could not establish when she died because her body was frozen, he said.
Attempts to reach family or those who knew McQuaige were unsuccessful. Elections records show she continued to vote using her former Brooklyn apartment address, as recently as 2014, even though the current tenant there said she left more than 15 years ago.
