Will Coffey scored the game-winner 35 seconds into the second overtime for Huntington in an 8-7 win over visiting Sayville in Division II boys lacrosse Friday. Dan Plant tied the score at 7 with 3:00 left in the fourth. Nick Saputo led Huntington (9-4) with four goals, Jim Roselle added two goals, and John McGrath made 12 saves. Coffey finished with a goal and two assists. Steven Ferreira and Josh Tordik each scored two goals for Sayville (7-6).Shoreham-Wading River 11, Hauppauge 6: Tim Rotanz had four goals and three assists for Shoreham-Wading River (11-2). Peter Gersbeck added two goals and one assist, and Tyler Lutjen made 14 saves. Chris Jacovino led Hauppauge (5-8) with three goals.

Harborfields 10, Miller Place 5: Greg FitzMaurice scored three goals with one assist for Harborfields (10-3). Joey Guidarelli added two goals and two assists, Chris Clementi scored two goals, and Andrew DiOrio made 14 saves. Jeff Reh led Miller Place (7-6) with three goals.Plainedge 8, Hewlett 7: Paul Santoli scored the winner 1:11 into the second overtime for Plainedge (5-2) in Conference B-II. R.J. Rossi (four goals) tied it at 7 with two seconds left in regulation for the Red Devils. Joe Farelli added three goals and Mike Arnold made 17 saves. Jake Geiger scored three goals for Hewlett (4-3).Wheatley/Carle Place 8, Malverne/East Rockaway 6: Greg Carlin scored on an assist from Greg Giordano with 9:00 left to give Wheatley/Carle Place (4-3) an 8-4 lead. Carlin finished with three goals, and James Delay made 10 saves. William Dey made 13 saves for Malverne/East Rockaway (1-6). Locust Valley 8, North Shore 7: Chris Appell scored the winner, his fourth goal, with 4:00 left for Locust Valley (3-4) in Conference IV. Phil Merenda added two goals, and Tyler Burhens made eight saves. Jake Venditto scored four goal and Alec Volpe made 15 saves for North Shore (2-5).

Portledge 8, Rye Country Day School 7: Nick Lobley, who finished with three goals and three assists, scored a man-up goal 1:10 into overtime on an assist from Jesse Schandler for Portledge (8-6) in NYSAIS. Ed Desiderio added three goals, Schandler had two goals and one assist, and Koli Snodgrass made 12 saves.

GIRLS LACROSSE

Connetquot 14, Commack 13: Courtney Oehl scored the winner on an assist from Kassi Grant 3:41 into the second overtime for Connetquot (8-5) in Division I. Grant tied it 23 seconds earlier. Amber Kupres led the T-Birds with six goals and one assist, and Kristen McKasty made 12 saves. Colleen Ekert (four goals, one assist) scored with 27 seconds left in the first overtime to give Commack (2-11) a 13-12 lead. Melissa Lobacarro had four goals and one assist, and Meghan Els made 12 saves for the Cougars.

Lindenhusrt 10, Smithtown West 9: Gabbi Valela scored five goals, including the winner with 39 seconds left, for Lindenhurst (6-7), which led 7-3 at halftime.

Nikki Heldberg, who had four goals and one assist, tied it at 9 with 1:41 to play for Smithtown West (6-7). Lindenhurst's Jessica Wharry added three goals and two assists, and Rachel Ramirez made 12 saves. Catherine Donaghy made 15 saves for Smithtown West.Hauppauge 14, Mt. Sinai 9: Lauren Descalzo scored five goals for Hauppauge (15-0). Jenna Vinci added three goals and two assists, and Jennifer Porretto had two goals and four assists. Rachel Dillon scored six goals for Mt. Sinai (10-4).

Bay Shore 12, Sachem North 6:

Caroline deLyra scored four goals with two assists for Bay Shore (11-2) in Division I. Kyra Harney added three goals and one assist.
