Daily poll: Superintendent salaries

Gov. Andrew M. Cuomo wants to cap superintendents' salaries around the state at a maximum of $175,000. On Long Island, 107 superintendents make more than that, with the highest salary going to Syosset Superintendent Carole Hankin, who earns $386,868.
