The Northport Farmers Market is open for the season. The market takes place Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m., rain or shine, through Nov. 17. The Northport Farmers Market is open for the season.

The market takes place Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m., rain or shine, through Nov. 17. It is located in the Cow Harbor Parking lot at the foot of Main Street. The market will be closed Sept. 15 for the annual Great Cow Harbor 10k Run.

This year’s vendors are selling a variety of items, including vegetables, fruits, fish, meats, eggs, baked goods, breads, pasta, micro-brewed beer, cheeses, pickles, pet treats, handmade soap and more. There also is live music.
