Kendall Gough scored the game-winner with six seconds left in South Side's 14-13 victory over visiting North Shore in non-league girls lacrosse Wednesday. It was Gough's only goal. South Side (7-2) trailed 13-11 with 10 minutes left, but scored the last three goals. Jackie Cifarelli led the Cyclones with six goals and two assists, Micheala Lynch added four goals and two assists, and Kelsey Gregerson made 15 saves. Amanda Johansen led North Shore (8-2) with six goals and three assists.

Island Trees 13, Bethpage 12: Emily Lucas scored with 9:30 left to give Island Trees (5-5) a 13-11 lead. Lucas finished with six goals. Brittany Bird cut the lead to 13-12 for Bethpage with 2:54 remaining. Danielle Bergersen led Bethpage (6-3) with four goals.

Long Beach 9, Locust Valley 8: Melissa Rubin scored the winner unassisted with 1:02 left for Long Beach (6-3). Bairre Reilly had tied it at 8 for Locust Valley (6-3) with 3:25 left. Emily McLoughlin scored five goals and Elyse Stark made 18 saves for Long Beach.

Mount Sinai 11, Miller Place 10: Shayna Pirrecca scored with 7:26 left to give Mount Sinai (6-1) a 11-9 lead in Division II. Julia Michaels made 13 saves. Casey Browne led Miller Place (2-5) with three goals.

Huntington 9, Harborfields 8: Alexis Thompson scored the winner on an assist from Sarah Ehrman with less than a minute left for Huntington (5-3). Emma Hayes-Hurley led the Blue Devils with four goals and three assists. Bridget Greene scored three goals for Harborfields (5-2).

Sayville 8, Harborfields 7: Dan Koehler scored with 1:47 left to give Sayville (4-2) an 8-6 lead in Division II. Greg FitzMaurice scored three goals for Harborfields (4-2).
