Elizabeth Hand scored Alexa Martone with a double in the bottom of the seventh to give East Islip a 1-0 win over Half Hollow Hills East in Suffolk League III softball Friday. East Islip's Courtney Blake walked one in a two-hitter for her third shutout of the week. East Islip is 13-2.

West Babylon 4, Bellport 1: Taylor Webb struck out 16 and walked seven in a one-hitter for West Babylon (13-2) in League IV. Taylor went 2-3 with three RBIs.

Islip 3, East Hampton 2: Jacquline Alvarado hit a two-run homer in the bottom of the fifth to give Islip (8-5) a 3-2 lead in a League V/WI crossover. Marissa Wilson struck out two and scattered five hits for the win.

Babylon 7, Mount Sinai 4: Jessica Sasuk's run-scoring double in the fifth put Babylon (11-2) up 4-2 earn the Panthers first place in League VII. Mackenzie Owens and Miranda Richards had two hits each.

Plainview JFK 2, Oceanside 1: Traci Lichtenstein scored on Billie Golan's fielder's choice in the bottom of the seventh to win it for Plainview JFK (8-3) in Nassau Conference AA-II. Katie Rutcofsky walked none and struck out 11 in a three-hitter.

Calhoun 7, Herricks 0: Jessica Livingston struck out 11 in a one-hitter for Calhoun (3-9) in AA-II. She lost her bid for a no-hitter on a one-out single in the sixth. Lauren Trimarco was 2-for-4 with two RBIs and Marisa Marcigliano went 2-for-3 with an RBI.

Plainedge 5, New Hyde Park 0: Michelle Daubman struck out four with no walks in a two-hitter for Plainedge (11-1) in Conference A-I. Alyssa Czarnecki went 2-for-3 with two runs and Dolores Diemicke had two hits and a run.

Carle Place 13, East Rockaway 1: Tori Hytell had a two-run homer and Sam Burden, Dana McLaughlin and Amanda Machado each had a hit and an RBI as Carle Place (14-0) clinched the regular season Conference BC title. Ashley Cole struck out 11 in a two-hitter.

Holy Trinity 4, St. Anthony's 3: Grace Suhovsky scored the go-ahead run in the top of the seventh on a double by Nicole Petitto for Holy Trinity (8-6) in CHSAA. Nikki Barbato allowed three hits and no earned runs in a complete game.

Our Lady of Mercy 2, St. John the Baptist 1: Anna Petrucci's sacrifice fly scored Torri Rebollo in the sixth to give Our Lady of Mercy (8-5) a 2-1 lead in CHSAA. Samanatha Sauer struck out eight and scattered eight hits in the win.
