Health Tip: Incorporating Flexibility Training
Flexibility training, such as stretching, is an often-ignored type of exercise designed to improve the body's range of motion.
The American Council on Exercise says benefits of flexibility training may include:
- Better posture and improved freedom of movement.
- Improved relaxation, both mentally and physically.
- Reduced muscle soreness and tension.
- Lower risk of injury.
