Health Tip: Monitor a Blister
A blister usually can be managed at home with careful cleaning. But it's important to watch for signs of infection.
The University of Wisconsin Health system suggests watching for these signs of infection:
- Pain, swelling or warmth around the blister.
- Red streaks moving out from the blister.
- Pus.
- Fever.
