Senior Chris Hughes tied a school record with 11 points (five goals, six assists) for Oceanside in a 19-17 win at East Meadow on Friday in Nassau Conference I boys lacrosse. Nick Sherry, who had five goals and two assists, scored with 5:49 left in the fourth quarter to give Oceanside (4-2) an 18-17 lead. He also scored on a feed from Hughes to make it 19-17 with 1:14 to play. Hughes won 6 of 7 faceoffs in a 5-1 fourth quarter. Austin Akner added four goals and two assists. Bobby Bender led East Meadow (3-2) with five goals and one assist.

Cold Spring Harbor 6, Locust Valley 3: Allen Winkosf scored two goals, including a score off a feed from Sean Doyle with 2:55 left in the second quarter that gave CSH (3-0) a 4-3 lead in Conference IV. CSH trailed 3-1 after the first quarter. Cam Lee had two goals, and Chris Moriarty a goal and two assists. Tyler Burhens made 12 saves for Locust Valley (1-1).

Clarke 15, Island Trees 11: Mike Martiello scored five goals with four assists for Clarke (1-2). Shane Lauria had five goals, and Anthony Gomes two goals and two assists. David Grescek and Tyler Walsh each had three goals and one assist for Island Trees (1-1).

Huntington 11, Hauppauge 9: Jim Roselle scored his second goal with 2:58 left in the fourth quarter to give Huntington (3-2), which trailed by five in the third quarter, a 10-9 lead in Division II. Nick Saputo scored his fifth goal to make it 11-9. Jack Cutrone assisted on the tying and winning goals, and finished with five. Jack Castelli added three goals. Tyler Donovan made 17 saves for Hauppauge (2-4).

Deer Park 5, Westhampton 4: Sean Reilly scored from 25 yards with 5:00 left in the fourth quarter to give Deer Park (2-3) a 5-3 lead. Tom Miele scored three goals and Jim Dougherty made 14 saves. Sid Looney led Westhampton (2-3) with two goals.

GIRLS LACROSSE

Comsewogue 11, Miller Place 8: Taylor Fischer scored three goals with one assist for Comsewogue (6-1) in Division II. Karie Znaniecki added three goals, and Michelle Rubino had two. Devin Kelly scored three goals for Miller Place (2-4).

Bellport 9, Mattituck 8: Kelly McPartland scored the winner, her second goal of the game, with 5:00 left in the fourth quarter for Bellport (2-4). Pahola Bautista, who scored twice, tied the score at 8. Jasmyn Merrit had four goals, and Courtney Wickline made 10 saves. Mattituck is 0-7.

Rocky Point 16, Huntington 11: Alyssa Milano scored three goals with two assists for Rocky Point (3-3). Caitlin Gargan had four goals and one assist, and Jessica Hassett scored three goals. Hannah Burnett led Huntington (4-3) with six goals and one assist.

Sayville 13, Islip 6: Emily Meier scored four goals with three assists for Sayville (5-1). Kimmy Marra added three goals and three assists, and Caroline DeLuca and Emma Ferreira each scored two goals. Taryn Ohlmiller led Islip (3-4) with three goals and one assist.
