Marissa Kluber scored her fifth goal on a fast break with 2:32 left in the fourth overtime to lead No. 6 Shoreham-Wading River past No. 3 Rocky Point, 16-15, Saturday in the first round of the Suffolk Class B girls lacrosse playoffs. Neither team scored in the first three overtimes. Lauren Daly made 15 saves in the win. Rocky Point (10-5) trailed 14-7, 10 minutes into the second half.

Ali Davis had two goals and two assists and Paulina Constant and Alyssa Pearce each had two goals for SWR (9-6), which will play at Sayville on Tuesday in the semifinals. Caitlin Gargan had six goals and two assists and Jessica Hassett scored four goals for Rocky Point.

Sayville 18, Comsewogue 5: Junior Connie Neilsen scored a career-high seven goals for No. 2 Sayville (12-2) in a win over No. 7 Comsewogue (9-6) in the first round of the Suffolk Class B playoffs. Emily Meier had three goals and two assists and Taylor Mills had two goals and two assists in the win.

Eastport-South Manor 11, Harborfields 6: Eighth-grader Samantha Giacolone recorded a career-high 20 saves and Dene DiMartino scored four goals to lead No. 4 Eastport-South Manor (10-5) over No. 5 Harborfields (10-5) in the first round of the Suffolk Class B playoffs. Eastport-South Manor will play at No. 1 Hauppauge on Tuesday in a semifinal.

Hauppauge 17, Huntington 1: Jennifer Porretto had eight goals and two assists, Lauren Descalzo scored four goals and Taylor Ranftle added two goals and two assists to lead No. 1 Hauppauge (17-0) over No. 8 Huntington (9-6) in the first round of the Suffolk Class B girls lacrosse playoffs.

St. Anthony's 16, Our Lady of Mercy 6: Anne Heagerty and Alexis Nicolia each had three goals and an assist to lead top-seeded St. Anthony's (16-2) over No. 4 Our Lady of Mercy in a CHSAA Class AA semifinal. Kerrin Maurer added three goals, Maggie Bill had two goals and two assists and Tori Holland and Liz Engalls each made five saves in the win. Betsy Holland, who returned from a concussion, anchored a defense that contained the Mustangs. St. Anthony's will face No. 2 Sacred Heart in the finals at 5 p.m. Tuesday at C.W. Post. The Friars are the three-time defending champions.

BOYS LACROSSE

Shoreham-Wading River 9, Sayville 8: Connor Drost scored off an assist from Tim Rotanz with 3:54 left in regulation to put No. 2 Shoreham-Wading River (15-2) up by two and lead the Wildcats over No. 7 Sayville (8-7) in the first round of the Suffolk Class B playoffs. Rotanz scored three goals and Mike Malave added two goals, one assist and won 18 of 28 faceoffs. Shoreham-Wading River will host No. 3 Eastport-South Manor at 4 p.m. Wednesday in the semifinals.

Comsewogue 10, Miller Place 3: Connor Duddy had two goals and four assists, and Nick Pelella won 13 of 16 faceoffs and had seven ground balls to lead No. 1 Comsewogue (16-0) over No. 8 Miller Place (7-9) in the quarterfinals of the Suffolk Class B playoffs. Comsewogue will host No. 5 Huntington at 4 p.m. on Wednesday in a semifinal.

Eastport-South Manor 16, Harborfields 8: Tyler Aki scored six goals, Alan Henderson had four goals and two assists, Matt Prokesch had three goals and three assists, and Ryan Curley added two goals and five assists for No. 3 Eastport-South Manor (14-3) in the first round of the Suffolk Class B playoffs.

Huntington 11, Islip 9: Jim Roselle had three goals, Jack Cutrone had two goals and an assist and Pat O'Brien scored two goals, including the winner with 5:41 left to lead No. 5 Huntington (13-4) over No. 4 Islip (12-4) in a Suffolk Class B quarterfinal. Kieran Mullins had three goals and an assist for Islip.

St. John the Baptist 12, Kellenberg 7: Charlie Kuhn had four goals and one assist, Donny Millang had three goals and goalies Joe Aufiero and Justin Benigno totaled 17 saves to lead No. 2 St. John the Baptist (8-8) over No. 3 Kellenberg (4-10) in the semifinals of the CHSAA AA playoffs. St. John the Baptist will play No. 1 Holy Trinity at 4 p.m. on Thursday at Hofstra in the final.
