Ally Lark's jumper in the paint at the buzzer lifted East Rockaway over Wheatley, 32-31, last night in a Nassau Conference BC girls basketball game.

The Rocks rallied from down 25-11 midway through the third quarter. Jessica Deptulski's three-pointer with 10 seconds left had pulled East Rockaway (1-5) within a point. Lark had 10 points and 10 rebounds, and Shannon Pujol added seven points and three assists. Ariel Fieldman scored 13 points for Wheatley (4-2).

Calhoun 39, Elmont 32: Meghan O'Sullivan (12 points, 10 rebounds) hit two free throws with three minutes left to give Calhoun (5-1) a 32-30 lead and Ellie Rosenblum's jumper 30 seconds later extended the Colts' lead in AA-III. Jessica Ruggiero had nine points and 10 rebounds for Calhoun and Alex Clark scored 13 for Elmont.

MacArthur 56, Port Washington 35: Jessica Gattus had 12 points and four steals for MacArthur (3-1) in AA-II. Michelle Cozza had nine points and eight rebounds. Amanda Herold added six points and four assists.

New Hyde Park 59, Jericho 40: Senior Ciara McCullagh had a career-high 34 points and 15 rebounds for New Hyde Park (4-2) in A-I. Maria Katsoulis added 13 points and 12 rebounds, and Gabriella Tomasini had seven points and seven assists.

Plainedge 54, Lynbrook 53: Michelle Daubman's free throw with 11 seconds left won it for Plainedge (3-2) in A-II. The Red Devils trailed 32-16 at halftime before Daubman scored 19 in the 23-7 third quarter. The senior scored a career-high 28 points. Cansu Atali added 16 points and 11 rebounds. Jen Fay had 23 points for Lynbrook.

Lindenhurst 48, Brentwood 44: Colleen Ames scored 20 points, including two free throws with 37 seconds left to give Lindenhurst (5-0) a 46-44 lead in Suffolk League I. Stephanie Ingenito had 10 points, and Randi Zorn had eight points and 10 rebounds. Tiara Goode led Brentwood with 18 points.

Riverhead 89, Copiague 68: Shaniece Allen had 31 points and 10 rebounds to lead Riverhead (4-1) in League III. Jalyn Brown had 22 points and eight assists. Copiague senior Chelsea Williams scored her 1,000th career point on a layup a minute into the game and finished with 28 points.

Holy Trinity 59, St. John the Baptist 54: Katie Poppe's three-pointer with 1:18 left gave Holy Trinity (3-3) a 57-53 lead in CHSAA. Poppe had 22 points, 11 rebounds and 10 steals. Kelly Carey's free throws with 10 seconds left created the final margin. Kristen Korzevinski added 12 points and 10 rebounds. Anastasia Williams scored 16 points for St. John the Baptist (4-2).

Sacred Heart 47, St. Mary's 43: Becky Conto's layup off a steal by Kyle Carey with 30 seconds left provided the final margin for Sacred Heart (4-2) in CHSAA. Taylor Higgins had 17 points and seven rebounds and Nina Corcoran added 12 points with five assists and five rebounds. Alyssa James had 14 points for St. Mary's.
