Is Lindsay Lohan going to serve her court-mandated 90-day rehab on Long Island?

A TMZ.com report yesterday said Lohan would be admitted to Seafield Center in Westhampton Beach, but her attorney, Mark J. Heller, said no facility has been chosen yet for the troubled actress.

"I as a defense attorney have been considering a number of facilities, qualifying them by their ability to serve Lindsay and meet the mandates the court has set," Heller said. "The only one who is ultimately in a position make the final determination is clearly the judge in this case. The story by TMZ claiming a final choice and decision has been made is totally inaccurate."

A woman who answered the phone yesterday at the Westhampton Beach Seafield -- one of the agency's seven locations on Long Island and its only inpatient center -- said, "We have no comment at this time."

Seafield Center is designed for 28-day stays, but the administrator promised prosecutors he would create a 90-day program specifically for Lohan, TMZ said.

While Seafield is not a lockdown facility, as a Los Angeles judge ordered for Lohan last month, it is an inpatient center with 24-hour staff at the doors, surveillance cameras and walls, TMZ said.

While staff could not physically detain her if she tried to leave, they would notify authorities, resulting in a probation violation and likely jail time.

L.A. County Superior Court Judge James Dabney allowed 90-day rehab in lieu of a 90-day jail sentence in a plea arrangement on Lohan's charges of probation violation and three misdemeanors, including reckless driving and lying to police.

Lohan's mother, Dina Lohan, said a close-to-home rehab center would be ideal.

"Our intention is to have her close to her immediate family -- myself, my three other children and my mom -- so it's easier to visit," she told Newsday.
