Newsday reporter Bridget Murphy tweeted that she's hearing some jurors in the Joseph Beer aggravated vehicular homicide trial jurors are at an impasse on some of the charges against the Queens teen.

Judge David Sullivan has instructed the jury to keep deliberating, Murphy reports.

Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and Second Precinct Crime Section officers seek the public's help in identifying and locating a man who stole two cellphones from a store in Commack last month. The man entered AT&T, at 6039 Jericho Tpke., and stole a Samsung Galaxy S5 and a BlackBerry Z10 on May 5. The suspect is described as 5-foot-9 with short brown hair, a medium build and wearing a short-sleeve orange T-shirt and khaki pants. The man fled in a black SUV. Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 800-220-TIPS.
