Seabury’s cookbook, “Mosh Potatoes,” features spicy shrimp from the band Anthrax, mud cake from Queensryche and no fewer than four recipes for chili from the bands Death, Atheist, Cattle Decapitation and Guns N’ Roses.
Seabury will demonstrate between 1 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. The farmers market is at the 9/11 Park on Broadway in the village center.
