Just 8 percent of Americans want members of Congress re-elected, a CBS News-New York Times poll shows.

As one-third of the Senate and all of the House face voters, the Feb. 5-10 survey found 81 percent saying the lawmakers shouldn't receive another term. By 80 percent to 13 percent, voters said the lawmakers are more interested in serving special interests. Voters disapproved of the job Congress is doing 75 percent to 15 percent approval, compared with 74 percent disapproval to 12 percent approval in October 2008. The poll of 1,084 adults had a margin of error of plus or minus 3 points. - Bloomberg News
