If your vision of Canada was everyone joyfully playing hockey all time then, well, you're not wrong.
In a new video that has the Internet talking, Canadian hockey player P.K. Subban was captured joining some street hockey with a group of kids Sunday night.
The Montreal Canadiens defenseman was reportedly out to dinner at a restaurant when he saw the kids playing in the street nearby.
"OK, guys! Let's play some street hockey," Subban said, according to BuzzFeed.
Jack Fraser was suited up as a goalie when Subban joined in. The 8-year-old was even able to stop a few of the pro's shots.
Aaron Fraser, Jack's father, thought he was about to be pranked when he heard that Subban was in their neighborhood.
"I was in my house and my oldest son came running over and said, 'You have to come, P.K.'s on the street," Fraser said. "I didn't believe him at first, and I actually expected to get pelted with water balloons."
Subban played with the kids for about five minutes and posed for photos, according to CBC News.
"This says everything about what kind of a guy P.K. is," Fraser said to BuzzFeed. "P.K. is not only the most talented defenseman in hockey, he also does it with a smile on his face."
