PHILADELPHIA — In a story published July 7, 2023, about mental health resources available in Philadelphia in the wake of a mass killing that left five dead, The Associated Press erroneously reported Jill Bowen was the deputy commissioner of Philadelphia’s Department of Behavioral Health and Intellectual disAbility Services. She is the agency’s commissioner.
