Alanis Morissette: I'll breastfeed until my son wants to stop
Looks like Alanis Morissette is taking a page from the Mayim Bialik playbook of infinite breastfeeding.
The '90s icon apparently is without a definitive timetable when it comes to putting the kibosh on nursing her 17-month-old son Ever - even if it means doing it until he's 6 years old.
"I'll stop whenever he wants," Morissette, 37, said on "Good Morning America" on Thursday in regards to the seemingly new trend of "attachment parenting," which encompasses choices such as long-term breastfeeding.
"I know some children who have weaned naturally at 2 years, some kids wean naturally a couple of years later; I mean, it's up to every child," the singer said.
