The girlfriend of a man who allegedly bit off chunks of a homeless man's face on a Miami highway last month said she believed he must have been drugged before the shocking attack.
"Rudy never drank alcohol or used drugs around me. I only saw him smoke a marijuana cigarette once," Yovonka Bryant said. "Most likely there is a drug that he was given without his knowledge that caused him to do what he did."
Eugene's victim, 65-year-old Ronald Poppo, is hospitalized in stable condition.
