The man arrested in South Carolina for allegedly murdering 14-year-old D'aja Robinson on a Queens bus was brought back to New York Wednesday to be arraigned.
Kevin McClinton, 21, was charged with second-degree murder, first-degree reckless endangerment and second-degree criminal possession of a weapon. Last month, McClinton, in an attempt to kill another person, shot up a Queens bus idling on a South Jamaica corner, the Queens district attorney's office charged. A bullet struck Robinson in the head after she walked onto the bus. She died after being transported to Jamaica Hospital.
