Bodyguard sues Britney Spears for sexual harassment, claims child abuse

A former bodyguard on Wednesday filed suit against Britney Spears, alleging the starlet sexually harassed him, hit her kids and had sex in front of them.

The bodyguard, Fernando Flores, claimed that Spears, 28, often arranged for situations for Flores to see her naked, RadarOnline.com reported, citing a copy of the lawsuit.

He also alleged that the singer once used his belt to beat her son Preston, now 4, and that she fed her children crabmeat despite their seafood allergies. She prevented anyone from helping, and said, “Mind your f---ing business,” the suit alleges.

Flores, who is suing for damages, said he once noticed Spears “loudly having sexual relations” in a hotel room while her sons were present.

Reps for Spears didn’t return calls for comment yesterday.

Spears’ troubled past include a highly publicized 2007 divorce from Kevin Federline, the father of her two kids, and a drug rehab stint that year after which she was photographed shaving her head with electric clippers at a California hair salon.
