Chris Brown and Drake filed respective lawsuits trying to convince a judge that a June fight in a New York City night club was the other's fault, TMZ revealed Thursday.
The duo were involved in a bar brawl inside W.i.P., after exchanging words about singer Rihanna, who both have a romantic history with.
A French model, Romain Julien, filed a suit against both men and the club, seeking damages for the injuries he suffered that night, according to TMZ.
Drake and Brown responded by each filing suits asking a judge to blame the other for the conflict, according to TMZ.
The Drake vs. Brown fight seems endless, but this is the first time the duo has officially filed legal suits in court.
