An 89-year-old woman was killed in Harlem Thursday after a car accident forced a pickup truck to jump a curb and plow into her and three other pedestrians, police said.

A Lincoln Town car was turning onto 145th Street from Seventh Avenue when it was hit by a Toyota pickup, which spun out and hit the four walkers.

The woman was pronounced dead at the hospital. The other three pedestrians and the town car's driver were hospitalized in stable condition.

Police said no criminality was suspected.
