A San Diego family is suing Disneyland after allegedly experiencing racist treatment from a park character actor.

Jason and Annelia Black claim an actor dressed as the White Rabbit ignored their black children, but showered attention on white children.

"I went to hug him, but he turned his back," 6-year-old Jason Black Jr. told Fox5SanDiego.com. "It's made me feel sad because I wanted to really hug him."

The family's attorney has told media outlets the family wants the White Rabbit actor fired and a public apology from Disney.
