Finally!

George Clooney and gal pal Stacy Keibler made their public debut at the red-carpet premiere of Clooney's latest flick on Sunday night -- sending a message to the world that they are more than just a fling.

Clooney, 50, showed off the 32-year-old Keibler -- decked in a skintight, partially see-through gown -- to the premiere of "'The Descendents,' which closed out the New York Film Festival at Lincoln Center.

Sources told us the two looked very happy together, holding hands and posing for photogs.

The former WWE wrestler also joined Clooney last month at the Toronto Film Festival, but he walked the red carpet there solo. The duo has been linked since Clooney’s breakup with Italian model Elisabetta Canalis this summer.
