Another day, another LiLo drama. With her probation revoked, it seems jail time is becoming a likely reality for our favorite troubled starlet.

An L.A. judge revoked Lindsay Lohan's probation (left over from her jewelry theft case) and now must decide whether to lock her up for nearly a year.

Lohan - who didn't attend Wednesday's hearing and is rumored to be in London with a new flame - was arraigned on charges she lied to police and drove recklessly when she crashed her Porsche on Pacific Coast Highway in June.

On Jan. 15, Lohan will be formally charged with three misdemeanors stemming from the crash. Authorities say Lohan lied to police when she claimed she wasn't behind the wheel.

The maximum amount of time she could serve for violating probation is 245 days.

Lohan is also due back in a New York court on Jan. 7 for an arraignment in her alleged assault of Tiffany Mitchell a few weeks ago.
